ADMISSIONS
Welcome to West Park Prep School,
As West Park Preparatory School Admissions Director, my goal is to help families make the right school placement for their child. Since 2005, the West Park Preparatory School admissions policy has always been clear – to bring together a diverse ‘mix’ of students with many different skills; academic, artistic, athletic, and social and offer them a significant college preparatory curriculum in a family-centered environment. Our admissions process looks carefully at each candidate’s academic and social history, and the results of our free Entrance Evaluation. However, because our school emphasizes excellence not only in academics, we are also interested in evidence of a strong sense of personal commitment, as West Park Prep encourages students to participate in athletics, the arts, and other activities that promote positive social experiences and community service. Our educational programs to serve middle school and high school students whose abilities indicate the need for academic intervention and support due to a learning disability while offering the same college preparatory experience and the West Park Prep serves special needs students by challenging minds and nurturing spirits in the safe, positive environment of our Academy Campus. While our website can provide a great deal of useful information, it should not be a substitute for a visit to our campus. Our website will give you an opportunity to get to know more about Westlake before sitting down with myself or another member of our admissions team. To request more information or to arrange for an appointment, please call our Admissions Office at 954-919-9629.
I look forward to seeing you on campus soon!
Sincerely,
Mr. William Anfield
